Being the sleep-deprived person that I am lately, I just can’t get enough tips about how to boost energy. Besides, you know, actual sleep, which is the best and obvious answer.

In an article for Everyday Health, Jillian writes that what you eat is a key factor in keeping your energy levels up (in addition to important things like sleep and hydration, of course). She writes:

When you eat processed foods laden with sugar, white flour, trans fats, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, and so on, it crashes your blood sugar, destroys your health, and leaves you feeling depleted and exhausted. Keep your food as nutritious and whole as possible…
